Raytheon's Operations Finance organization has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Supervisor, Program Cost Controls (M3). This person will support several programs and serve as the overall Land Warfare & Air Defense (LADS) SMGBAD operations and supply chain finance team lead. This position is currently designated as fully remote. However, the successful candidate will be required to work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. Territories).

What You Will Do:

  • Be fully accountable for the LADS West operations and supply chain financial execution, including EAC development, earned value support, performance against AOP, and tracking cost control initiatives.

  • Process approved Budget Change Requests (BCR) and ensures all changes are incorporated into control systems

  • Partner with program office finance teams to ensure operations and supply chain positions are accurate and complete, including risk and opportunity assessments.

  • Ensure that all assignments are prioritized and completed on schedule with adequate time allotted for management review.

  • Prepare special projects and other assignments, including director level presentations.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field and 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and 3 years of applicable experience.

  • Experience with the Microsoft Office Tool Suite, focus on Excel.

  • Experience with the Estimate at Completion (EAC) process and Earned Value Management.

  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

Qualifications we Prefer:

  • EVM certification

  • Operations finance or supply chain finance experience.

  • Extremely organized, thorough, and able to submit complete and accurate work to customers.

  • Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, PowerPivot, PROvision reporting, etc.

  • Relentlessly curious and proactively acts on it.

Additional Information:

  • This position is grade M3, Sr. Supervisor, Program Cost Controls.

  • Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).  An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. 

  • Relocation assistance is not available.

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
