The Team
This is a unique opportunity to build a global management consulting capability in the Customer and Salesforce space with the advantage of collaborating with a world class Salesforce technology services capability that is renowned for its value delivery and commitment to client service.

You will join Infosys Consulting Salesforce team, working closely with Infosys Salesforce Services, communities of technology focussed professionals who work together to deliver this change, sharing modern engineering enablement and smart automation to optimise delivery and speed to outcome. These teams have deep technical knowledge and experience across our client’s core business functions, combined with deep skills to lead and deliver business outcome led high quality client solutions. Our management consultants and our technology consultants are the same – client focused, functional advice combined with technology enablement, one team, one dialogue, driving change and outcomes.
About your role
We need ambitious consultants to support our clients in optimizing and transforming how they unify operations to improve insight and efficiency and drive the enablement of their business strategies. You will be part of a new management consulting team that combines broad Front Office transformation experience with deep industry insight and with strong Salesforce platform skills.
Our team will sell and deliver Front Office transformation projects ranging from strategic value assessments to Salesforce implementations where you will shape and deliver our client’s business outcomes. You will provide experienced supported advice on functional optimizations across our client’s operations.
You will work across sectors and industries, from life sciences, industrial products to consumer business, and financial services to media and telecommunications but will come with deeper expertise in specific sectors. With this industry subject matter expertise you will support projects in applying operating model optimizations using the Salesforce platform. You will stay on top of the latest trends in an industry to train and coach colleagues and build the broader consulting capability.
You will relish growing and maintaining client relationships to advance our objective to be their trusted advisors to enable their strategy from operating model to enablement. And you will be part of driving high performance from our people while fostering entrepreneurial collaboration across Infosys businesses to meet our clients needs and our key business growth objectives.
Requirements
- 7-20 years of Salesforce advisory experience (we are recruiting at all levels).
- Minimum 5 years of consulting experience.
- Relevant Salesforce advisory experience across a range of roles
- Significant experience in digital transformation leveraging the Salesforce platform, its ecosystem and other emerging technologies.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce’s core clouds (Sales, Service & Marketing), preferably Industry Clouds (Financial Services, Health, Consumer Goods, Communications). Working knowledge of Salesforce AI propositions, Data Cloud, Mulesoft and Tableau.
- Excellent project management skills including experience in large cross functional and/or cross geographical programmes.
- Experience of leading and delivering ‘connected consulting’ programmes – overseeing teams outside of Front Office and Digital to deliver a wider transformation programme.
- Experience in managing client relationships.
- Leading bid teams, including demonstrable examples of winning revenue for a business.
- Articulate the value of Salesforce and emerging technologies in business to a non-technical audience in a clear and compelling fashion.
- Run compelling workshops, to extract and challenge information from client SME’s and successfully guides participants through unknown territory.
- Solid knowledge of the design thinking ethos of human centre design and ability to adopt it to solve client issues.
- Creative problem solving ability, inquisitive mind-set, comfortable with working in ambiguous situations.
- Strong people management skills.
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
- Excellent commercial awareness.
- Ability to rapidly identify issues and propose solutions.
- Ability to work independently with limited oversight.
- Sales, service, marketing and commerce operating model process design
- Solution and technology architecture
- Strong industry skills in one or more sectors with a preference for Health and Life Sciences, Insurance, Banking and Consumer Goods.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Project-related mobility/willingness to travel.
