Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven and highly skilled Investment Banking Analyst to join our team. This role demands exceptional analytical skills, a solid foundation in financial modeling and valuation, and a willingness to work in a high-pressure environment typical of investment banking and private equity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive 3-statement financial models with a focus on historical analysis and future projections.
  • Perform valuation analyses, including DCF models, precedent transactions, and comparable company analyses.
  • Create client-facing PowerPoint presentations to present insights from valuation analyses.
  • Conduct industry and market research to enhance proprietary frameworks and benchmarks.
  • Support transaction processes, including due diligence, valuations, and preparing pitch materials for prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with leadership on growth strategies, sale preparations, and optimization initiatives.
  • Maintain exceptional communication and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in investment banking or management consulting.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, valuation methods, and using Excel at an advanced level.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and familiarity with financial databases.
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Passion for transitioning from investment banking or consulting to private equity roles.
  • Familiarity with healthcare or physician practice valuations.
