As an AWS Advanced Partner, we enhance IT experiences for clients across various sectors. If you're ready to make a difference and join an exciting journey with Cloud Bridge and AWS, we want to hear from you.

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented CRM Executive with HubSpot expertise to play a key role in optimising our HubSpot platform to support business goals. This position will involve managing HubSpot’s Marketing, Sales, and Operations Hubs to drive efficient workflows, improve customer engagement, and deliver actionable insights. The role also includes administrative duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and seamless integration of HubSpot across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless integration between the Hubs to enable effective lead management, customer journey mapping, and reporting.
  • Stay updated on HubSpot’s latest features and functionalities, implementing enhancements such as AI tools (e.g., HubSpot AI Breeze).

  • Develop and refine automated workflows for lead scoring, customer segmentation, and sales pipeline management.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance cross-functional efficiency and alignment.

Data Management and Maintenance

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within HubSpot to support forecasting, pipeline visibility, and effective deal management.

Campaign Execution and Email Marketing

  • Build and optimise campaign assets, such as landing pages, forms, and CTAs, using HubSpot CMS.
  • Ensure all campaigns adhere to GDPR and other relevant regulations.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Develop dashboards and generate reports to provide insights into KPIs across marketing, sales, and operational functions.
  • Analyse campaign and workflow performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Present regular updates to leadership on HubSpot’s impact on business goals and team effectiveness.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as the primary point of contact for HubSpot-related queries across sales, marketing, operations, and service teams.
  • Collaborate with IT and other relevant teams to integrate HubSpot with other business tools and systems.
  • Work closely with leadership to ensure CRM strategies align with broader organisational objectives.

Website Management

  • Manage website updates and optimise landing pages via HubSpot CMS to support campaign performance and user engagement.
  • Ensure website integrations with HubSpot enable efficient lead capture and a seamless user experience.

Administrative Duties

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for HubSpot, including user management, troubleshooting, and system configuration.
  • Maintain documentation of processes, workflows, and best practices for internal use.
  • Train team members on HubSpot usage and support new staff onboarding with the platform.
