Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional technical support to our customers across the globe, focusing on escalated issues and complex inquiries.
Work collaboratively with customers to smoothly facilitate our AP automation solution, ensuring a smooth and successful deployment.
Assist customers with technical configurations and ongoing maintenance of the platform.
Gain in-depth knowledge of ERP integrations and provide support to customers utilizing those integrations.
Document technical solutions and maintain clear knowledge base articles.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Success, Technology) to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of the platform
Be open to learning and adapting to support potential future integrations and advanced functionalities.
