The Role
At Ideals, we’ve experienced rapid growth and expanded our team 2 times over the past 4 years across 30+ locations. As we aim to double in size again in the next 2-3 years and inspire a high-performance culture, we are advancing our performance management practices.
As our Performance Management Specialist working remotely from India, you will partner closely with business leaders worldwide to ensure the smooth execution and ongoing improvement of our performance management practices.
Collaborating with Idealers across EMEA, APAC, LATAM and USA, you will report to the Head of Talent Development. Your expertise in working with KPIs and a passion for challenging the status quo will shape how we measure and elevate performance during this critical growth stage, ensuring its lasting business impact.
