Develop, optimize, and streamline processes and technology to support our growth departments in meeting their overall growth targets. You'll work closely with the leadership team of the sales, marketing, and CS departments to create an efficient and effective experience for our prospects, customers, and growth team members.

What you'll do:
- Build and own growth operations for marketing, sales, and customer success that drive performance improvements and enhance the impact of the growth team.
- Support growth team leads in reporting on the growth funnel, including volume, velocity, conversion stage-to-stage, and average value. Ensure funnel measures can be analyzed by key dimensions such as acquisition channels, industry, geo, and company sizes.
- Manage growth operational tools and act as the go-to person for these tools.
- Onboard and train sales, marketing, and customer success teams on internal tools and our CRM.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on our internal and external data sources.
- Collaborate across functions to identify operational problems currently hindering the growth team's performance, conduct analysis, and drive data-driven solutions.
- Ensure processes are designed, documented, understood, and followed to minimize bad or incomplete data.
- Create and manage project plans with clearly defined deliverables, coordinate work streams and dependencies, track and communicate progress, and identify and address obstacles.
- Report the impact of operational projects on the growth team and the bottom line of the growth funnel. Develop and maintain reporting dashboards.
