About the Role
Essity Canada is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager – Amazon. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for growing our Amazon Ecommerce business with Canadian retail customers. Develop, negotiate, and implement account plans that meet Essity’s sales and marketing objectives, our joint customer business plans and strive to advance the customer’s strategic priorities. They will be responsible for managing Amazon accounts, optimizing product listings, analyzing sales data, implementing marketing strategies, and coordinating logistics for product delivery.
This will be a remote position. We are looking for candidates to be located in the Oakville, Greater Toronto Area or within the aligned Essity Regional structure.

What You Will Do
Develop, negotiate, and implement account plans that meet Essity’s sales and marketing objectives, our customer business plans and strive to advance the customer’s strategic priorities.
Amazon Account Management, interface with AVS, SVS and agencies.
ASIN Product Listing Optimization, manage the buy box.
Develop strategy for future growth through leveraging channel strategies, trade investment funds, product mix, and tailored programs.
Work with the cross functional Ecommerce team to drive sales and share growth.
Negotiate and gain commitment on programs which maximize value for our investment.
Leverage investment funds to plan, manage and evaluate investment ROI on program executions.
Work with our AVS partner to fix any problems that arise.
Provide monthly and ad hoc business forecasting i.e. Sales & Investments.
Communication and partner strongly with cross functional team members.
Generate knowledge on segment development and competitor activities and share with internal stakeholders.
Maintain high level of expertise with customer data and portal.
Complete required customer administration.
Who You Are
University degree or equivalent.
Must have 5 or more years Canadian Customer Head Office sales experience and experience selling to Amazon.
Sales Analysis, and Marketing Strategy skills.
Logistics Coordination skills, Strong experience in e-commerce and online retail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and work effectively in a constantly changing environment.
Demonstrated experience and success in project management.
Excellent oral and written communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
Proficient with MS-Office in the MS-Windows software, Excel pivot table, PPT, Outlook.
Excellent team player and ability to work cross-functionally.
Strategic thought leader with the ability to provide strong data-based insights.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to multi-task under pressure.
Valid driver’s license and must meet Essity's Corporate Vehicle Policy Standards.
Travel up to 10% of the time; international travel required.
