Job description

Established in 1987, Air Liquide Far Eastern (ALFE) is a prominent joint-venture between Air Liquide Group, a global leader in gases, technologies, and services for Industry and Health, and Far Eastern New Century Group. In recent years, ALFE has emerged as the top French company in terms of investment in Taiwan's manufacturing industry. Presently, ALFE boasts a workforce of over 780 employees and maintains a strong presence with 40 offices and plants located in Taipei, Hsinchu, Taichung, Tainan, Kaohsiung, as well as the major Science Parks across Taiwan, providing critical high-quality industrial gases, specialty gases, and advanced materials.

Due to the business growth and customers' needs, we are looking for a "Order taking and customer service officer" in the Nantze Office. You will be the contact person to answer customer's phone/email, deliver order/complaints/requirements, and arrange the delivery.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

1. Order taking and management

  • Process customer orders and create DO and ASN documents.

  • Maintain all of the orders in internal system

  • Generate and check shipping documents to ensure no miss out or mistake.

  • Daily confirm order and invoice.
     

2. Customer Service

  • Handle all incoming calls, email and fax of customer enquiries and complaints.

  • Pick up all of the phone call based on assignment to satisfy customers.
     

3. Related team support

  • Support other team member to take order and customer’s need if they were not available.

  • Coordinate with dispatcher for daily shipping arrangement .

  • Internal communication with related departments.

  • Other assigned projects.

1. Education : Bachelor and above, major in commercial related.

2. Personality : Team work spirits, High EQ, responsible and attentive.

3. Good communication and coordination skill

Additional Plus :

1. Experience in logistics, order taking and data analysis is additional plus.

2. Good English skill in verbal and written is additional plus.
