Responsibilities:
The Manager of Corporate Sponsorships plays a crucial role in developing and managing partnerships that drive the company's brand visibility and strategic initiatives. This individual is responsible for identifying valuable sponsorship opportunities, negotiating agreements, and ensuring the successful execution of sponsorship programs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in sponsorship management or related work.
Qualifications:
Required Skills/ Experience:
- Bachelor of Arts/Science degree in a related field from an accredited college or university is required.
- 2 years of experience developing sponsorship programs or related work required.
- 2 years of event or project management required.
- 1 year of supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership ability within the organization preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment with multiple hard deadlines.
- Customer-service skills, including exemplary interpersonal and verbal/written communication
- Ability to exhibit sound judgment and a creative approach to problem-solving are required.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of fifty (50) pounds without assistance.
