      - Dominio de Meta Ads y Google Ads, con experiencia en gestión, optimización y análisis de campañas de alto presupuesto.

      - Fuertes habilidades analíticas para monitorear el desempeño de campañas y proponer mejoras.

      - Capacidad para gestionar presupuestos, planificación y tareas creativas de manera independiente.

      - Nivel sólido de inglés; ruso fluido. Creatividad y colaboración excepcionales para desarrollar estrategias y contenido atractivo.

⭐Funciones y responsabilidades

      - Lanzar, monitorear y optimizar campañas en Meta Ads y Google Ads para maximizar el ROI.

      - Gestionar presupuestos, objetivos de optimización, recursos creativos y la estructura de campañas en plataformas como Meta, Google, TikTok y LinkedIn.

      - Analizar el rendimiento de las campañas, ofrecer insights accionables y alertas.

      - Colaborar con el equipo de contenido para desarrollar anuncios efectivos y experimentar con páginas de destino.
