By joining Tidio as a Junior Financial Controller, you’ll be stepping into a unique opportunity to see the bigger picture of how a fast-growing SaaS business operates. You’ll become an essential member of our tight-knit, eight-person finance team, collaborating closely with our experienced Financial Controller and the Head of Finance. This role will give you a front-row seat to understanding the key metrics and challenges of the SaaS industry, while working in a company that is at the forefront of the AI revolution.

As the Junior Financial Controller, you will:
Participate in budgeting as well as assist in building financial models for budgeting.
Analyze actual performance vs. budget, including variance analysis, identify main performance drivers, and prepare management reports.
Participate in monthly reporting meetings with C-Level executives, present the analysis conclusions, and prepare meeting notes.
Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses.
Monitor cost controls.
Coordinate day-to-day document acceptance and payment processes with the Accounting Team.
Partner with business stakeholders to support them in understanding cost variances.
Provide ad hoc analysis to the company’s stakeholders.
