We are looking for a Senior Tech Talent Partner professional who is passionate about enabling a product-led organisation by engaging and hiring talented members. We have several open roles in different seniorities and areas of the business. 

What you will do:

  • Source and attract Talent for all our vacancies across multiple locations in the EU, Brazil and Vietnam.

  • You will do what you know best and attract the talent that fulfils hiring managers’ expectations and requirements.

  • You will develop hiring manager relationships by being able to advise, influence, and manage expectations.

  • You will interview and assess active & passive talent and present the opportunities that meet their career aspirations.

  • You will develop a talent network by actively sourcing, networking, attending events, and getting involved in the industry.

  • Promote diversity and inclusion in talent acquisition practices

  • Develop & support employer branding activities that include but are not limited to creating and managing branding campaigns, organizing and conducting social events and meet-ups

  • Participate in process improvement implementation and wider people initiatives

  • Understand the business and be able to create industry-specific content while keeping a focus on the growing start-up environment

Workplace: Berlin & Hybrid

We are looking for this role based at our headquarters in Berlin. We are a remote-first company, with teams around the Globe and our HQ office in Berlin, where the team often meets in the office.
