We are seeking a Team Lead - Networking and Embedded Systems candidates with in the USA for a 100% Remote role.
Job Summary
This position entails leading a team in the design, implementation, and maintenance of c,linux, and Networking Equipment solutions. The Technical Lead will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects, providing technical guidance, and overseeing the overall performance of the team. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage a team of technical professionals in the development and deployment of c,linux, and networking equipment solutions.
2. Create and implement technical strategies to meet project requirements and timelines.
3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of c,linux, and networking equipment solutions.
4. Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
5. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide efficient solutions in a timely manner.
6. Perform testing and debugging of software applications to ensure optimal performance.
7. Configure and optimize networking equipment for efficient operation
Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in c programming language for software development.
2. Strong knowledge of linux operating system and its various distributions.
3. Expertise in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting networking equipment such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
4. Ability to lead and mentor a team of technical professionals effectively.
5. Advance proficiency in problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
6. Certifications: Relevant certifications in c, Linux, and Networking Equipment are a plus.
