Job description

4 Corner Resources is seeking a driven Sales Executive to grow its client base for a competitive Environment Lab. This role offers uncapped commission, a limited base salary, and the opportunity to work with U.S. and international clients. Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target potential clients and key decision-makers within the environmental testing market.
  • Conduct 5–10 client meetings weekly to showcase lab services and cultivate relationships.
  • Close sales within your first month, delivering measurable results.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales approaches to drive revenue and achieve targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage the sales process from initial contact to agreement execution.

Qualifications:
  • Proven sales experience in the environmental laboratory or related industry (preferred).
  • Fluency in additional languages (Portuguese, Italian, French, Spanish) is a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies to meet client needs.
  • Demonstrated expertise in negotiation and deal-closing, especially for environmental testing projects.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships and client acquisition.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, with a focus on exceeding goals and overcoming challenges.
