In this role, you will focus on the programmatic and tactical execution of our AWS partner strategy, helping to drive pipeline generation and sales enablement through strong collaboration with partners. Reporting to the VP, Sales, and GTM for the AWS Practice, your primary responsibilities include:

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Partner Program Management: Support partner relationships by assisting with recruitment, onboarding, training, and enablement activities.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the internal sales team to align on tactical go-to-market activities, including joint account planning, prospecting, and partner marketing campaigns.
  • Field Collaboration: Organize and support partner-led field activities in collaboration with TTEC Digital Marketing, such as workshops, webinars, and events to drive pipeline and build awareness of TTEC Digital’s capabilities.
  • Opportunity Qualification: Evaluate and qualify sales opportunities generated through partner channels, leveraging an understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on partner program effectiveness, making recommendations to improve partner alignment and accelerate sales outcomes.
  • Process Management: Ensure smooth execution of partner processes, such as contract management and deal registration, in collaboration with internal teams.

  • What You’ll Bring:
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in partner management, sales enablement, or program management, ideally within the AWS ecosystem or similar technology partnerships.
  • Familiarity with the AWS partner ecosystem and an understanding of how to leverage partnerships to drive sales.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
  • Experience working in customer experience (CX) or technology-driven solution environments is a plus.
  • A tactical mindset with attention to detail and a focus on execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
