Job description

This is a remote position.

Our Client is seeking a Project Manager for the Interoperability Program which includes Longitudinal Record Access, Health Toolkit, and Patient Summary projects. This role requires a highly organized and thorough individual who can demonstrate their extensive experience in delivering complex initiatives. 

Requirements
  •  Master's degree or equivalent in work experience is preferred
  •  Must have - Experience working within the British Columbia Health Authorities
  •  Must have - 7+ years of Proven experience as a Project Manager / Product Manager in
     healthcare technology projects. 
  •  Ability to navigate effectively and deliver results in a large and complex environment is a
     must. 
  •  SAFe Certified Product Owner/Manager (POPM), IIBA Certificate of Product Ownership
     (CPOA), or PMI Program Management Professional (PMP) is preferred
  •  Must have - Deep understanding of FHIR standards and SMART on FHIR application
     development. 
  •  Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams. 
  •  Must have - Familiarity with EMR systems and integration best practices. 
  •  Knowledge of privacy and data security regulations in British Columbia, including
     PIPEDA and BC's health data laws. 
  •  At least 5+ year experience working with big EMR/CIS is preferred 
  •  Experience with AI technologies like NLP 
  •  Thorough understanding of clinical workflows and preferably clinical background 
  •  Strong communication skills to support communication between technical and business
      teams. 
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  •  Excellent organization and time management and documentation skills. 
  •  Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
