Work You Will Do

Our Transformation Team is seeking a Change Lead to oversee the change management workstream within a large-scale transformational program. This role is critical to ensuring successful impacts on both business and IT personnel. The Change Lead will provide strategic leadership for change initiatives, manage the knowledge transfer from a prior vendor, and deliver a cohesive strategy to drive adoption and engagement across impacted teams.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the change management workstream for a transformational program, ensuring alignment with broader program objectives.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive change strategy that addresses the needs of both business and IT stakeholders.
  • Oversee knowledge transfer processes during vendor transitions to ensure seamless handover of responsibilities and information.
  • Engage with program leadership to integrate change management strategies into the overall transformation roadmap.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives to minimize disruption and enhance adoption.
  • Build and execute tailored communication and engagement plans for diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Lead impact assessments to determine how program changes will affect business and IT personnel, and plan interventions accordingly.
  • Provide oversight for training development and delivery to support skill-building and readiness.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change management efforts, using data and feedback to inform continuous improvement.

Role Summary

Qualifications
  • Extensive experience leading change management efforts within large-scale transformational programs.
  • Proven success managing workstreams that address impacts across both business and IT functions.
  • Expertise in vendor transitions, including knowledge transfer and continuity planning.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of building alignment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill complex initiatives into actionable plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
