Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Art Director to join Levitate’s creative team in a role that will shape our brand identity, elevate client-facing materials, and add creative value to our video productions. Based in Colombia, and working from 9-5 CT, this remote position will play a critical role in defining Levitate’s visual voice across our website, marketing collateral, and client pitch decks. The Art Director will collaborate closely with the account team to design and develop impactful pitch presentations and work with Producers to provide visual direction for video projects, including storyboarding and art layout. By ensuring high-quality, cohesive visuals, the Art Director will enhance every aspect of our brand and production output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pitch Deck Creation: Collaborate with our account team to design and develop strategic, visually engaging pitch decks that capture and communicate client objectives effectively.
• Creative Collaboration: Partner closely with Producers, Animators, and Copywriters to define visual art direction on projects, offering guidance that enhances the production quality and elevates each project.
• Concept Development: Produce sketches, storyboards, and art layouts that reflect creative visions, ideas, and marketing objectives.
• Strategic Insight: Understand and integrate marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience insights to ensure each design aligns with client and brand goals.
• Brand Development: Take ownership of Levitate’s visual identity across all platforms, including our website, social media, marketing materials, and branded content, ensuring a cohesive and compelling look and feel. 

Requirements:

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as an Art Director, with a portfolio that showcases both creativity and a command of design principles.
• Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other visual design and wire-framing tools.
• Leadership & Communication: Ability to lead, inspire, and collaborate effectively with team members, balancing creative vision with project and client goals. Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is required. 
• Strategic Mindset: An understanding of marketing fundamentals and strategic positioning to inform impactful design decisions.
• Portfolio: Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio that highlights innovative, effective designs across various mediums.
