Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
Provision broadband orders with network providers via online portals.
Manage updates on provisioning progress, addressing delays or issues with networks.
Order hardware from suppliers and manage stock levels.
Schedule engineers for onsite installations and services.
Provide consistent progress updates to customers regarding their orders.
Maintain accurate CRM records, including assets and stock management.
Manage hardware returns to vendors (RMA process).
Process customer cancellation requests with networks and internal teams.
Support administrative tasks within the project management team, such as setting up customer agreements, raising purchase orders, and processing invoices.
Job Experience Required:
Previous experience with Telecom provisioning, especially broadband orders, is highly desirable.
Strong administrative skills, particularly in maintaining and updating CRM systems.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle a high workload.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
A positive, proactive attitude and a solutions-oriented mindset.
A strong team player, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
