Through this role you will gain meaningful, hands-on experience working for a HealthTech company.
Your role:
- Enable the product globalization process, ensuring successful integration into strategic markets. Collaborating with our International team, change control partners and labeling teams to drive growth in our markets around the world.
- Partner with Labeling & Regulatory to ensure the international and regulatory requirements of every change are properly researched and applied to the labels
- Project Prioritization and Milestone adherence are critical to ensuring revenue growth and stakeholder happiness
- Build and nurture a strong, collaborative team environment
You're the right fit if:
- Educational Background: Recent or upcoming Bachelor of Engineering graduate
- Experience: previous Philips internship experience is preferred, with a focus on labeling, change control and regulatory requirements.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills within your projects teams. Comfortable working with international teams and managing cross-cultural interactions.
- Self Starter who can manage multiple tasks at the same time.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in MN is $64,680 to $110,000
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
