​Job Description: 

Who We Are:

The Financial Planning Analyst will assist in the development of the annual operating budget for Southern New Hampshire Health (SNHH). The incumbent will perform complex analytics on revenue trends and deviations from the norm.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in the development of the annual operating budget for Southern New Hampshire Health
• Meet with department heads and discuss statistical drivers and calculate gross
• Review expenses by cost center and by spend category with department heads and make changes as necessary
• Complete current year projections and analysis
• Provide training and support for the budgeting and GL systems
• Assists with or leads special projects which are central to improving analytical and budgeting tool
• Support key Finance team members in report development and analysis. Prepare hospital statistic report

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a closely related field, Required
• 3- 5 years of experience performing budget/financial analysis work in healthcare, or a closely related field/industry, Required
• Intermediate level of Microsoft Office Suite, Required
