POSITION SUMMARY
The Product Information Management (PIM) Specialist will be responsible for ensuring accurate, complete, and consistent product information across all digital channels. This position plays a critical role in managing product data, optimizing content quality, and enhancing the online shopping experience for our customers.
CORE FUNCTIONS
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of product information, including attributes, descriptions, images, and specifications; also ensures accuracy of inventory item and item group data.
• Respond to errors and failed orders notifications from the NetSuite service where relevant to merchandising.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and quality assurance by maintaining the item/vendor master and ensuring data consistencies and governance through conducting regular audits.
• Work with customer service to add items as needed for special orders.
• Maintain saved searches and correct errors indicated by saved searches or work with merchandising team to correct.
• Create searches or execute data queries at the request of merchandising and other departments.
• Update item master fields for parties that do not have permissions.
• Participate and assist in major projects such as the implementation of new ERP software fields and/or the ERP consolidation initiative.
• Act as a facilitator and bring multiple parties together.
• Add and maintain the manufacturer and brand as well as their logos, understanding that Brand/Manufacturer must be added to PIM before merchandising can begin to add product lines.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years proven experience in product information management or ecommerce content management roles required.
• Experience with ERP (NetSuite), Project Management, JIRA, and CRM preferred
• Proficiency in PIM software platforms (certification is a plus).

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
• Strong understanding of PIM systems and data management best practices.
Travel
• Minimal travel may be required; approximately 5% of the time.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• This position is subject to sedentary work; Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involved sitting most of the time. Walking and standing are required only occasionally.

Visual Acuity
• The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; expansive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly of fabrication of parts at distances close to the eyes.

• This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
