We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of our products, from inception to market release. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs, coupled with the ability to translate these insights into actionable product strategies. A passion for innovation and customer experience is a must. Actively listen to internal and external customers’ feedback on our products and solutions and implement solutions to their problems and needs. Our team is constantly innovating—creating new products and disrupting our industry.

  • Product Strategy: Develop and implement product strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and vision. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Roadmap Planning: Create and manage detailed product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of product milestones. Prioritize features and tasks based on business impact and customer feedback.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
  • User Experience: Advocate for the end-user by ensuring products meet or exceed user expectations. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continually improve the product.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to guide product decisions and measure success. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Product Launch: Coordinate and manage product launch activities, including marketing campaigns, training, and support materials. Ensure a smooth and successful product rollout.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders, including executives and other key team members. Prepare and present regular reports and updates.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed of industry trends and best practices. Continuously seek ways to improve product management processes and methodologies.

Essential Functions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Business, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience required
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant prior experience
  • Product management/product owner experience and/or agency or consumer marketing experience is highly desired

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $100,100.00 - $166,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
