Engineers at Analog Devices (ADI) tackle some of the most challenging engineering problems globally. To achieve this effectively, they require the best IC design infrastructure and a responsive support system. We, the Engineering Enablement (EE) team at ADI, aim to do just that, by building the infrastructure and support required by ADI’s design community. We come from diverse technical backgrounds and strive to provide the best user experience to design teams, utilizing a full range of EDA design tools, processes, and workflows.
 

We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to lead Project Enablement and Execution Readiness assessments and collaborate closely with product development teams. As a Customer Success Engineer in our Engineering Enablement Customer Success Program team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the success of development plans, ensuring readiness for key products through engineering readiness assessments, and driving a proactive, results-oriented approach to engineering development activities.

Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Drive initiatives to identify essential product development activities that enhance project success through comprehensive assessments of technology and team readiness.
  • Lead engagement and decision-making processes within the Engineering Enablement (EE) team to define commitments and priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely achievement of product development milestones, addressing customer requirements, resolving issues, and managing design adjustments as needed.
  • Serve as the customer advocate, promoting bug resolutions, feature updates, or modifications that improve customer satisfaction and usability.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to continuously improve and refine the customer success strategy.
  • Actively engage with customers to understand emerging requirements, applications, and industry trends, championing product enhancements that meet these evolving needs.
  • Work closely with product development and R&D teams to align the product roadmap with customer-focused insights and feedback.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership or management role.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence global, cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven expertise in change management frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external customers.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Agile/SCRUM, or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Strong facilitation skills and knowledge of project management principles.
  • Exposure to deep-submicron manufacturing technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of the IC product development lifecycle from conceptualization to release to sales.
