Senior Business Solutions Architect

Position Purpose:

The Business Solutions Architect role will serve as a client-facing solutions architect who will be able to dive into customer requests and define the "art of the possible". They will also work with the internal team to define requests and work to prioritize the work.

Supports the goals and outcomes of the organization by leading the transformation of our business strategy.

Ensures deliverables are met, by assisting with design, execution, and value estimation and realization for initiatives.

Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement

Evaluate, assess, and design solutions

Assist in value estimation, cost-benefit analysis, and business case creation

Establish and maintain business architecture governance

Coordinate across business and delivery groups to ensure timely completion of key deliverables

Create and maintain core business architecture models, such as value streams, business capabilities, information maps, and strategy trees

Lead workshops the gather ideas, evaluate processes, and gather intelligence

Track and trend predicted business value versus actual value and business outcomes

Advise senior leadership on business strategies

Performs other duties as assigned

Complies with all policies and standards

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field required.
5+ years Business Architecture, Business Analysis, Business Design required
Experience with Business Architecture Frameworks preferred
Workshop Facilitation preferred

Design strategy/documentations kills preferred

Experience with data and Systems architecture preferred
Business Architecture Certification Upon Hire preferred
