Position Purpose: Support the product team's focus on offering quality, competitive product solutions for growth and retention of our Medicare members. Support the development and execution of product changes within the commercial product life cycle, and be responsible for delivering fully compliant products to the market, while improving customer experience and business performance.   • Support the Medicare product development life cycle, by participating in product design recommendation planning as well as product design execution to ensure operational implementation aligns to the original product intent.
  • Suggest data-based product portfolio recommendations to improve Medicare portfolio results, identify opportunities, develop enhancements, and introduce supportive initiatives to improve performance and advance objectives.
  • Lead and supports assigned projects, establish structure and organization to core and ancillary activities, use designated team tools, and executes product related operational tasks.
  • Ensure a fully compliant product portfolio, and assists with product-related regulatory filings by reviewing, and auditing filing documents to ensure Product intent is accurate.
  • Conduct intermediate to advance qualitative and quantitative analysis on Medicare product performance, competitive and market intelligence, SWOT analysis, financial analysis, regulatory compliance analysis, and disseminates information to team and partners to support product success.
  • Serve as the point of contact and subject matter expert that facilitates discussions in multiple formats, and delivers effective communications, including recommendations and presentations to audiences at all levels, including Leadership.
  • Lead assigned initiatives, and provide analytical support for larger initiatives.
  • Proven consistency in providing quality and error-free reviews and documentation with attention to detail with superior work quality.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 2+ years’ experience in product development, product management or a similar function. Knowledge of health care, general insurance, insurance operations, sales operations, business analysis, key performance indicators, and portfolio management highly preferred.

Pay Range: $54,000.00 - $97,100.00 per year
