Teladoc Health is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as the Chief Data, Analytics & AI Officer. In this pivotal role, you will lead the company’s data, analytics, and AI strategy, driving innovation and operational excellence across all products and services. As a member of the leadership team, you will define and execute a comprehensive roadmap that integrates data-driven insights into critical business areas such as clinical operations, product development, marketing, and client reporting, with the goal of enhancing both clinical and financial outcomes.
You will oversee a high-performing team of data engineers, data scientists, and analytics professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and growth. This role requires the ability to build and scale a world-class data and analytics function, ensuring seamless integration with Teladoc’s global strategy while also staying at the forefront of industry trends in data science, machine learning, and AI.
In addition to guiding internal data and analytics efforts, you will play a critical role in communicating Teladoc’s vision both internally and externally, gaining buy-in from stakeholders, and presenting the company’s data and AI strategy to clients and investors. Your leadership will help ensure that Teladoc remains a leader in virtual healthcare, providing cutting-edge solutions that improve health outcomes for people everywhere

The base salary range for this position is $360,000-400,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here Teladoc Health Benefits 2024. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
