As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will ensure the highest product quality by conducting thorough functional testing of new features and enhancements, collaborating with development teams to identify and resolve software defects before deployment. You will manage the feature release tracker, perform regression testing, and update external release articles and the help center. Serving as the primary contact for bug escalations, you will investigate, prioritize, and work with development teams to resolve issues promptly. Additionally, you will facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvements in product quality and streamline QA processes.

Primary Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance

  • Conduct thorough functional  testing of all new features and enhancements prior to deployment

  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve software defects prior to deployment

New Feature Releases

  • Maintain feature release tracker to ensure successful product deployments

  • Perform all regression testing prior to deployment and after deployment is complete

  • Create external release article and update help center accordingly

Bug Escalations and Issue Resolution:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for bug escalations from the internal team.

  • Investigate and prioritize reported issues, working with development teams to implement timely resolutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with product development, engineering, design, and customer support teams to drive product quality improvements.

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams to streamline QA processes and bug resolution workflows.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in product management, quality assurance, or software testing roles.

  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing tools, and bug tracking systems.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and influence decision-making.

  • Experience working in Agile development environments


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce, GSuite, Slack, Asana

This position is 100% remote. The candidate would need to have a suitable work environment set up as their home office and be comfortable managing their own schedule in a non-corporate office environment.  <Remove if not remote>
