The Senior Manager of Talent Management will have accountability for targeted talent identification (succession planning), talent management (cyclical performance) processes, and resources applied throughout all functions and levels. They continually seek new talent management approaches. They leverage the unique talents of PSPs and leaders as they play a pivotal role in identifying and implementing talent management tools and processes including; annual review cycles, talent discussions/calibration, succession planning, promotion processes, career models, and job architecture.
