  • Understand the goals and objectives of your projects, acting as a proxy to verify direction when working with creative partners including, but not limited to Visual Design, Copy, Video, and Creative Direction.
  • Become not only a go-to person for project-specific insights, but a partner to stakeholders, creative managers, and our project management team, trusted for a variety of insights around projects, team performance and morale, troubleshooting, etc
  • Confidently facilitate meetings, and effectively manage phases of a project and deliver key information and pertinent updates to stakeholders and creative partners
  • Collaborate with your manager and other Creative Project Managers on the best ways to deliver visibility, targeted and clear communication, and progress reporting to teammates, partners and stakeholders
  • Become comfortable identifying, analyzing, and surfacing project risks and openly collaborating with your manager, other Creative Project Managers, creative partners, and stakeholders to manage and mitigate
  • Manage communications, timelines, and deliverables with creative partners, freelance talent, agencies, and vendors as needed
Qualifications and Skill Sets

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies such as DACI and best practices
  • Can effectively usher team members and stakeholders through new processes or operating structures, leaning on management as needed
  • Understand how our team’s projects fit into our larger strategy, and how to balance projects of varying levels of complexity using finite resources
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including Asana
