We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Supervisor to join our team, specializing in managing and resolving customer complaints. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. As a Supervisor, you will lead and manage a team of Sr CSRs, ensuring that all complaints are addressed promptly and effectively. You will be responsible for training, mentoring, and motivating your team to achieve high performance standards while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

Residency in PA is required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the Research team consisting of Research and Support Coordinators as well as
  • Assist the Research Manager with oversight of all cases that require any extra support though the application process.
  • Supervise the Research team consisting of Research and Support Coordinators as well as Research and Support CSRs.
  • Assist the Research Manager with the management and tracking of all applications that have been elevated to the Research Team.
  • Assist the Research Manager in maintaining data on all elevated cases.
  • Follow established practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
  • Monitor daily operations of a unit or sub-unit.
  • Direct subordinates to complete assignments using established guidelines, procedures, and policies.
  • Develop work schedules and assign duties to subordinates to ensure efficiency.
  • Evaluate subordinates job performance and recommend appropriate personnel action.
  • Identify training needs and development opportunities for subordinates.
  • Support the Research Coordinators with paperwork routing.
  • Ensure timely determination of daily assignments of elevated cases.
  • Report outcomes on an ongoing basis.
  • Educate clients via phone and email to support initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience required.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.

Pay Transparency

Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidates education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximuss total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
