About the Role:

The Research Partner will be the Research expert in our Go-to-market team.   You will be a co-pilot to Account Executives, Account Managers and Customer Success Managers, helping them inspire confidence in our prospects and customers.  The main objective of the role is to help customers make Maze a central part of their Product Development process.  This will fuel our customer health and company growth.   

Role responsibilities primarily include leading customer engagements such as sales calls, workshops and enablement sessions; building change management and enablement programs; and working internally to meet customer needs.  If you are a former researcher who loves the practice while also being an evangelist with great interpersonal skills, this is a unique role that can have a big impact at a growing company.

What You'll Need:

You are a passionate, caring, people leader who has a track record of delivering results.

  • 5+ years of experience as a UX Researcher

  • Familiarity with UXR and Design tools

  • Great interpersonal skills with an ability to engage at Executive levels

  • Willingness to travel and engage with prospects and customers in person

  • Strong organizational wherewithal; can collaborate well cross-functionally to get stuff done

Bonus Points:
  • Examples of career versatility including jobs outside of Research

  • Expertise in Change Management

  • Management experience or potential to scale into a team lead
