Business Consultant I

What you'll do

• You will be part of the CSG Digital Wholesale services team working as Business Consultant for our telecom service quality assurance and anti-fraud solutions.
• As a Business Consultant you will assume responsibility for customer implementation projects working closely with the customer to successfully implement our software solutions.
• Establish partnerships with our customers business and technical teams to understand client challenges and opportunities and define creative solutions to lead business transformation
• Define estimates and plans, coordinate other services team members tasks
• Coordinate with the product team
• Run customer implementation projects; requirements gathering and solution design to implementation and delivery, in close cooperation with the customer
• Develop dashboards and reports for the customer
• Make sure that customer issues are taken care of for full satisfaction. Perform analysis and troubleshooting when needed
• You will report to Senior Project Management

• Highly analytical with excellent communication skills
• 7 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, preferably telecom software consultancy
• Experience working with international customers; large and mid-size companies
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in English in a business environment
• Knowledge in SQL, BI tools, scripting languages
