previous experience as a ServiceNow Consultant (at least 3 years of experience)
An understanding of Change Management, Configuration Management, and Release Management as it relates to ITIL
Experience interfacing with clients
An ITIL Foundations Certification
Experience implementing systems with Agile/Scrum methodology and/or System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes
