Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Overseas Power Sales Representative to lead the expansion of our presence in the energy storage market. You will manage project sales independently, drive the implementation of strategic sales initiatives, and provide expert guidance on market development. This role requires a deep understanding of the energy storage sector and offers the opportunity to play a critical role in shaping our market presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities

    • Drive business development and expand the local market for energy storage solutions, with a focus on project sales.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies and work plans to achieve set targets.
    • Build and maintain detailed customer profiles and conduct accurate sales forecasts.
    • Gather and analyze market intelligence to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
    • Promote and market company products, with a specific focus on the North American energy storage market.
    • Lead internal training sessions and facilitate external technical exchanges to support product knowledge and client engagement.
Requirements
    • Industry Expertise:
      • Proven experience in developing and maintaining key accounts within the local energy storage sector (e.g., large-scale storage systems for generation or grid applications, or battery cells).
      • Comprehensive understanding of the energy storage industry and familiarity with lithium battery technology.
    • Sales Acumen:
      • Demonstrated success in customer development for energy storage battery cells (preferred).
      • Ability to analyze customer needs and present tailored, effective solutions.
    • Communication & Collaboration:
      • Strong sense of responsibility, excellent teamwork skills, and the ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally.
      • Proficiency in English as a working language.
    • Flexibility: Willingness to travel as required to meet client and project needs.
