Are you a Product Designer looking for your next challenge? The Gaming Area of Product Development is now hiring! As a Product Designer at Betsson, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, crafting user-centric designs that elevate our products to global standards. Working hands-on, you'll produce visually appealing features and prototypes, inspiring the organization with best-in-class user experiences and product aesthetics.

As a UX Designer for Gaming, you will be part of a team working towards delivering innovative products and industry leading user experiences on a global scale. You will primarily be responsible for producing designs based on insights, having the mastery and creativity to turn these insights into beautifully crafted designed products, as well as building prototypes that can inspire the organisation by showing what is possible before it is taken to development. Working closely with engineers, product managers and stakeholders, You will play a key role in the success of our products by envisioning a user experience and product aesthetic that are best in class.

  • Collaborating closely with the design team to ensure the quality and effectiveness of design work align with the product roadmap and objectives. 
  • Creating and presenting wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to inform design decisions and inspire the wider organization. 
  • Working with and ensuring the integrity of internal design systems and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability of products.
  • Designing with a data driven mindset, integrating user insights and data to enhance user experiences. 
  • Engaging actively and communicating design requirements/goal effectively with product management, engineering teams, and stakeholders to ensure frictionless implementation of the proposed designs. 
  • Contributing to user journey mapping, research, and analysis.
  • Being an ambassador for superior UX/UI design standards during various product and design focused forums and workshops.
  • Collaborating with design leads and other members from other product domains to exchange best practices, promote cross-product initiatives, and maintain design consistency. 
  • Sharing knowledge and experience with the team and providing support and mentoring to the more junior members.
  • Continuously evaluating the live product to identify areas for enhancement and discrepancies from the intended user experience. 
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers and products, both within yourself and within the team.  
You’re good with:
  • 4+ years of product design experience working on web products serving desktop and mobile devices, covering both responsive and adaptive design.
  • Experience working with industry standard software such as Figma is a must, to create, explore and share design solutions. 
  • Validated expertise in usability, analytics, user testing, information architecture, user journey mapping / optimisation, content strategy, and prototyping.
  • Experience working with a design system or pattern design library.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
  • Strong understanding of how to use metrics, data, and research in product design.
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills (English).
  • Comfortable working with agile and remote development teams.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision whilst also being a team player.
  • Prior experience in the gaming industry or with products distributing digital content would be considered a plus.
  • Formal qualification(s) in interaction design, human machine interaction or similar will be considered a plus.

 

At Betsson Group we work with a Hybrid Work From Home (WFH) model, giving you the flexibility of working 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
