As a Logistics Coordinator, you’ll manage operations on our goods marketplace platform, ensuring vehicles are utilized effectively. You’ll oversee selecting goods, negotiating terms, and optimizing transport schedules to achieve maximum efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with vendors to select goods and negotiate pricing and pickup schedules.
• Plan and optimize vehicle routes to ensure vehicles are 80% loaded and trips are economically viable.
• Coordinate with drivers to guarantee timely pickups and deliveries.
• Analyze and create strategies to ensure maximum revenue per kilometer.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Background in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding is a plus.
• Fluency in German is a bonus, but proficiency in English is essential.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to think critically and adapt quickly to dynamic challenges.
