Purpose and responsibilities of the role 
This is a fast-paced role with a wide variety of responsibilities, and some of the activities include:

  • Communicating to internal and external customers (telephone/ emails). 
  • Building relationships. You will need to build relationships with clients and with colleagues (e.g., Sales, delivery team, etc.) to be truly successful.
  • Supporting business strategy. You will be asked to support our organization’s strategic plan, and to achieve and exceed the KPIs and objectives through robust processes, Common Operating Model and team work.
  • Complete daily workflow driven activities to ensure all tasks are completed on time.
  • Deal with incoming enquiries. Most of this role will be dealing with incoming enquiries from our customer and your colleagues. However, you will also be requested to execute forward planning and properly prioritize your work.

 
Requirements for this position
We are open to hiring candidates with different backgrounds, experiences, and skills. However, there are a few non-negotiable traits that any successful candidate will possess:

  • Language skills. Fluent or working proficiency in Dutch (C1) and English (B2).
  • Desire to learn. You must have a hunger to improve and the ability to learn new skills.
  • You are organised. This is a fast-paced role with a mix of proactive and reactive activities. The right candidate will be able to juggle multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
