Job description

REBORRN is a management consultancy based in London and Athens. We are a fast-growing hybrid of consultants and makers on a mission to challenge what a modern consultancy should look like in the Digital Economy. We work with visionary organisations like The Coca-Cola Company, L’Oreal, Bayer and Philip Morris International, across geographies, bringing deep expertise in Strategy & Management Consulting, Digital Transformation, Customer Experience, Business Process Optimisation & Organisational Design and Marketing Transformation.

We are currently looking to grow our Experience and Product team with a Product Designer who will play an active role in all aspects of the product design process.

💪 What will your day-to-day look like?

Given our lean structure, you will work with cross-functional teams, playing a crucial role in all aspects of a product design process. Your day will indicatively involve:

  • Expressing our products’ vision through beautiful user interface design.

  • Executing designs with a keen sensibility for layout, colour, typography, and behaviour.

  • Building and maintaining Design Systems, adhering to Atomic Design principles.

  • Delivering the products’ UX value through a highly collaborative, cross-functional team composed of business, technology, and design disciplines, working within an agile framework.

  • Translating user needs and business goals into design work that can be implemented effectively by the development team.

  • Synthesising user journeys, use cases, and technical constraints into a cohesive whole.

  • Coordinating interface solutions with digital product managers.

  • Utilising Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and UX prototyping tools.

  • Employing a systematic approach to solving large, complex design challenges.

  • Producing quick MVPs under tight deadlines in design sprints.

  • Taking ownership of our design needs for multiple projects simultaneously, including small design updates for existing digital products.

  • Taking responsibility for independent tracks of design work and managing timelines and deliverables.

  • Facilitating and leading UX workshops to craft solutions based on identified user stories.

  • Presenting creative work early and often to key stakeholders during design reviews.

🤝🏻 We're all about cross-functional collaboration

You will be working in a vibrant environment, so you can never expect to have just another typical day at work. It's not a role of comfort, but you will never get bored -that's a promise! And it doesn't stop there. You will always be more than welcome to get exposed to different departments within REBORRN and jump into cool projects that resonate with your personal interests. We are strong advocates of cross-functional collaboration.

👨‍💻 REBORRN's Working Model

We operate on a hybrid work model and stimulate effective collaboration by meeting up in our offices at least twice a week. If you're not based in Athens, you'll join all-hands meetings in person every quarter.
