Mira Search, a leading HR agency from Dubai, is hiring on behalf of their client, Our client is a company that was created with the purpose of covering unforeseen events that may arise in people's daily lives. Their commitment is to be transparent in the process and provide exceptional treatment to those who trust us. They're looking for a Financial Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide expertise, guidance, and oversight in the areas of Finance and Legal management to ensure those functions operate efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Create and update a financial management plan and budget with strategic and tactical goals.
  • Oversee financial and administrative operations including banking, accounting, payroll, budget preparation, and compliance.
  • Monitor organizational performance against the annual budget and the long-term strategy of the company.
  • Manage contractual services provided to/from the company.
  • Oversee cash flow management and forecasting.
  • Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Maintain the corporate structure of the company in good condition.
  • Ensure compliance with tax and legal matters.
  • Work with existing investors (e.g., P2P platforms) to prepare presentations and data tapes.

Requirements

  • A degree in Economics or Finance; an MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager (experience in Banking/Fintech is an advantage); experience in BIG4 firms.
  • Proficiency in preparing Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong teamwork skills and a goal-oriented, proactive approach.
  • A high degree of business acumen.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to combine strategic thinking with effective tactical execution.
  • A self-motivated leader with a passion for business growth and success.
  • Strong communication skills.
