What You Will Be Doing:
As a member of our Customer Experience team, you will play a crucial role in driving client satisfaction by expertly managing and resolving high-impact technical issues within our support organization. This position requires extensive experience in backend troubleshooting and/or infrastructure management, with a focus on delivering high-quality, efficient resolutions to complex client issues.
Responsibilities:
- Lead in identifying and resolving complex technical issues to enhance client satisfaction and maintain service excellence.
- Conduct advanced API troubleshooting to ensure reliable client integration and operational continuity.
- Implement proactive system and network monitoring, diagnosing and mitigating performance issues quickly.
- Build and optimize scripts to automate tasks, improve support processes, and enhance team efficiency.
- Perform database queries, troubleshooting issues, and upholding data integrity across various systems.
- Manage data encryption processes and maintain strict adherence to security protocols.
- Address data discrepancies and correct issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Document troubleshooting processes and solutions thoroughly contribute to the organization’s knowledge base.
- Use SQL extensively for backend triage, optimizing queries for resolution speed and accuracy.
You’ve Got What It Takes If You:
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in SQL, scripting, API management, and system/network monitoring tools.
- Ability to work well under pressure, grasp new ideas quickly and be able to thrive in a dynamic and diverse environment.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a small business environment.
- Demonstrate a client centric approach to issue resolution, ensuring satisfaction while upholding technical excellence and efficiency.
Must Have:
- Minimum 5+ years in technical support or IT engineering role
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of the financial services/securities and/or insurance industry is a plus.
- Prior experience in backend troubleshooting and/or infrastructure management

The compensation range for this position is $50,000-$100,000. RegEd's compensation package is based on each candidate's unique skills, qualifications and experience. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience and qualifications. The total compensation package also includes our comprehensive benefits package, vacation time, sick time, volunteer time and parental leave.
