Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Description
  • Salesforce Analytics Development:

    • Design and implement Salesforce-based analytics solutions, including reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Salesforce's native tools like Salesforce Reports & Dashboards, Salesforce Einstein Analytics, and Tableau CRM.
    • Customize and extend Salesforce CRM features to meet business requirements for advanced analytics.
    • Implement data models, data flows, and transformations within Salesforce for robust analytical reporting.
  • Integration & Data Management:

    • Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and external data sources or third-party analytics tools.
    • Work with large datasets and ensure seamless data flow from Salesforce CRM to analytics platforms for comprehensive reporting.
    • Optimize data storage, ensure data integrity, and establish best practices for data governance.
  • Advanced Data Analysis & Reporting:

    • Provide high-level analysis of CRM data, identifying trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive business decision-making.
    • Implement and optimize Salesforce Einstein Analytics or Tableau CRM to enhance predictive analytics and AI-based capabilities.
    • Create custom reports and dashboards for senior management and other stakeholders, ensuring data is presented clearly and effectively.
  • Technical Leadership & Collaboration:

    • Serve as a technical lead for other Salesforce developers and analytics teams, providing guidance, code reviews, and mentoring.
    • Collaborate closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Participate in the agile development lifecycle, including sprint planning, testing, and deployment.
  • Performance Optimization:

    • Monitor, tune, and optimize the performance of Salesforce CRM analytics solutions, ensuring they meet performance and scalability requirements.
    • Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the system and recommend improvements.
  • Custom Development & Enhancements:

    • Customize Salesforce CRM through Apex, Visual force, and Lightning Web Components to extend the platform’s analytics capabilities.
    • Implement complex business logic and automation workflows to enhance the analytics ecosystem.
  • Training & Support:

    • Provide training and support to end users, ensuring they can fully leverage Salesforce analytics capabilities.
    • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Salesforce analytics tools and reports.
