The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and services for KSB products or equipment. This role involves installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair tasks to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
To execute technical issue on site & Workshop
Performing and responsible for Installation, Inspection / Maintenance / Repair, Check, Troubleshoot Issues and problems.
Perform comprehensive Technical Service Report
Responsible for meeting/communication the daily service maintenance and repair needs of the customer’s equipment, and acting as Company Representative.
Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers as well as performing necessary administrative duties as required and other duties as assigned.
Identify risks and opportunities related to any services within the current local situation that can impact the business
Implement the QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) procedure as well as all other directives/guidelines
Requirement:
Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Having a minimum of 3 (three) years of experience in related functions
Good communication skills, analysis, and reporting
A team player in a dynamic environment within a matrix organization
Having a positive attitude, open-mindedness, motivated and willingness to learn
Having pump technical know-how
Fluent in English both oral and written
Willing to travel all around Indonesia
