- Resolve leave management issues with HR
The Leave Management Analyst handles the Leave Management process and resolves leave management issues with SLHS leave administration vendor, managers, HR and employees. Assists the manager in preparing any targeted communications to SLHS managers and employees. Consults and advises with HR Shared Services team members, HR, Payroll, management, employees and vendors regarding LOA policies and procedures. Incumbent will have strong working knowledge of Workday and the SLHS leave administration vendor's online processes and databases as they relate to leave management. Will execute clear communications with vendors to ensure accurate data share.
