Title: Supply Chain Executive

Location: UK hybrid or Remote (with monthly Travel into the London office)

Position: Perm

Salary: 28-35k plus bonus

A Day In The Life…

To support our next stage of growth, we are now looking for a talented Supply Chain Executive to join our small but highly ambitious Supply Chain Team. Reporting to the Head of Supply chain you will work directly with our Supply Chain Planners, supporting the Supply Chain team function. Your day to day will look a little bit like this…

  • Track and monitor incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage and keep the business master data up to date and correct
  • Supporting the team during the month end reconciliation process in ensuring stock values in Netsuite, across all global locations are accurate. Assisting in aligning data maintained in NetSuite with warehouse inventory reports.
  • Raising weekly shipments across global marketplaces to keep stock on an appropriate cover, triggering at the right time – Amazon FBA, Walmart
  • Coordinate with external packaging suppliers to ensure timely production and delivery of materials.
  • Monitor stock levels of packaging materials, placing orders as needed to avoid disruptions.
  • Help support the growth and website team and trigger updates as and when assets or labels are updated
  • Help the team catch potential lost stock figures with stock reports across marketplaces, by the eyes and ears of large movements.
  • Weekly sync ups with a 3PL partners globally, making sure shipments are leaving within SLA’s.

What You Need…

  • Minimum of 2-year previous work experience, preferably in a supply chain or operational role at a FMCG company.
  • Highly organised and proactive, with strong problem solving skills.
  • A hands on approach and willingness to go above and beyond.
  • Ability to build cross functional relationships with Operation, NPD and Marketing etc
  • Great attention to detail, and a constant drive to improve the status quo
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Highly organised with an eye for detail, able to anticipate and resolve problems, prioritising and calling out issues that arise.
  • A data driven and analytical approach coupled with effective communication and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Computer literacy – MS Excel at an intermediate level is compulsory, NetSuite knowledge useful but not essential.
  • Knowledge in reporting tools such as Power BI is a plus, Microsoft Excel proficiency is a must.
