RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drafts contracts on behalf of the company, including all required business and legal terms.
- Reviews and edits counterparty contracts to ensure the terms meet the company’s business and legal requirements.
- Collaborates with internal business partners to complete all contract requests, which include customer contracts, consultant contracts, non-disclosure contracts, service contracts, and supply contracts.
- Analyzes and interprets contract provisions for internal business partners and makes recommendations.
- Manages prioritization of all contract requests according to business priority.
- Evaluates and advises on legal issues and questions that arise from internal business partners.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Education
- J.D. degree from accredited law school
Experience
- 0-4 years of transactional experience in a corporate in-house environment
Certification
- Admitted to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction
