What you’ll do:
As a Leader, Business Development you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Development Representatives. You will use your outstanding leadership skills to help new, ambitious and entrepreneurial people kickstart their careers in Sales. Additionally, you’ll coach, train and lead the team to interact with our prospects, convert leads to booked meetings or our Account Executive teams and conduct themselves in a world-class way. We sell to a global marketplace, and this is a great opportunity to work with and be a part of an international team.
What you’ll need:
- +7 years of sales or customer-facing experience with a proven track record of over-achievement on KPIs as an individual contributor
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS selling and revenue teams
- High level of commitment, attention to detail, and impeccable follow up
- A strong understanding of customer-centric selling.
- Experience with technical-oriented products marketed to small-or-medium sized businesses.
- Highly motivated, resourceful and competitive
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing, with fluency in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver to tight deadlines.
- Great teamwork skills and sense of humor
- Great work ethic and an entrepreneurial spirit
- A team player with the ability to work in a high-energy sales’ environment.
- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Analytical skill, the ability to work with numbers and data, see patterns and drive actions
- Strong desire to build a career in sales.
- Strong desire to learn and develop quickly.
And it’s great to have:
- +7 years previous leadership experience
- Experience working in the fitness or SaaS industry
- Passion for fitness and the fitness industry
