Overview:
We are looking for a Concur Travel and Expense Manager to join our finance team and oversee the administration and compliance of our global travel and expense policies and procedures. You will be responsible for managing the Concur system, updating and refining our global travel program, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of expense reports, providing training and support to employees and managers, and generating reports and insights to optimize our travel and expense processes and spending.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Concur system configuration for all global policies, updates, and integrations with other systems and vendors.
- Monitor and enforce the global travel and expense policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations and best practices.
- Review and approve expense reports and reimbursements, resolving any issues or discrepancies.
- Ability to effectively manage workload in a fast-paced atmosphere relying on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Shows attention to detail and the ability to produce high quality work.
- Provide training and support to employees and managers on how to use the Concur system and follow the travel and expense policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain documentation and guidelines for the Concur system and the global travel and expense policies and procedures.
- Ability to create reports needed to provide metrics and to assist in enforcing adherence to internal policies
- Analyze and report on global travel and expense data, trends, and metrics, identifying opportunities for cost savings, efficiency, and improvement.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as finance, accounting, compliance, HR, IT, audit, travel agencies, and vendors, to ensure smooth and effective travel and expense management.
- An organized self-starter who can work proactively and independently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in travel and expense management with Concur system administration and configuration.
- Strong knowledge of travel and expense policies, procedures, and best practices, as well as relevant tax and accounting regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and other financial software and systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with the ability to train and support users of different levels and backgrounds.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to generate and interpret data and reports.
- Team player, with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience administering for multiple countries, including the US and Japan, are a plus

Salary Range:
$111,000 - $156,133 a year
