We’re looking for a straight-talking, results orientated generalist who can steer commercial strategy whilst driving go-to-market activity for Beyond.
This role in a nutshell:
You’ll be part of the Beyond team; a multidisciplinary line-up who are focused on taking our Beyond loyalty program to the next level. You’ll lead a small go-to-market team with a big mission to deliver industry-defining experiences for our customers. If you’re obsessed with defining and implementing customer centric strategy, are commercially minded and passionate about sustainability, we want to hear from you!
Your key outcomes will be:
- Development and delivery of our customer engagement strategy for OVO Beyond: driving churn reduction and increased value perception.
- Leading our go-to-market activity for Beyond, working with Product Marketing and supporting Growth functions to increase activations and drive app engagement
- Performance analysis and reporting: Carrying out regular analysis on Beyond performance to continuously improve proposition performance and future development plans, with the support of the data team. Presenting key stats back to senior stakeholders.
- Team alignment: Working with Engineering and Product leads as well as embedded support functions to make sure the team is operating like a well oiled machine. Maintaining a high level view of the work going on in each area
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless alignment and integration across Product, Tech, Brand, Marketing, Legal, Propositions and customer support teams, overcoming organisational barriers to get stuff done!
- Shaping and managing annual budget, preparing value case for Beyond and working with channel owners to interlock supporting activity

We’ll pay you between £60,000 and £80,000, depending on your specific skills and experience. If your expectations are a little different, have a chat with us!

You’ll be eligible for an on-target bonus of 15%. We have one OVO bonus plan that focuses on the collective performance of our people to deliver our Plan Zero goal.
